Private Lessons:

• All lessons are by appointment.
  • Lessons are booked in 1 hour or 1.5 hour increments.
  • 1 hour lessons are 50 minutes of instruction; 1.5 hour lessons are 80 minutes of instruction.
  • All lessons have a 10 minute break between lessons for bathroom breaks and housekeeping such as scheduling.
• Please do your best to be on time; I can not “extend” your lesson to “make up the time” if you’re late.
• New Student Sampler packages expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
  • The second lesson of a New Student Sampler must be taken within 21 days of the first lesson.
• Five packs of lessons expire 6 months after date of purchase.
• Ten packs of lessons expire 12 months after date of purchase.
• Gift Certificates for the New Student Sampler and lesson packages have the same expiration dates as listed above.
  • Gift certificates/Gift Cards which have a variable amount, expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
• I require 24 hours notice if you must cancel a lesson. Your account will be charged if you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours in advance. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for emergency situations.
• If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible.  Out of respect for your instructor’s time, at least 48 hours notice is appreciated so I have the opportunity to re-book the time slot.
• Sign in when you arrive at the studio each time you take a private lesson.

Payment Methods:

• Credit Cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express
• All credit card purchases or electronic transfers incur a 4% processing charge which is included in the prices listed on the Website.
• Students may save 4% on the price of lessons if they pay with cash, check, or Zelle.
  • Any check returned for insufficient funds will incur a $75 fee and will result in the loss of further check writing privileges.
• Gift Certificates may be redeemed only for lessons; they may not be redeemed for cash.
• Referral credits may be redeemed only for lessons; they may not be redeemed for cash.

Refund Policy:

• All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• All discounts on all package prices will be null and void on refunds. Lessons taken will be recalculated at the non-package single lesson a-la-carte rate and the difference subtracted before the refund is issued.
• Refunds on lesson packages “purchased” by redeeming a gift certificate are made at my sole discretion and are only considered after you’ve taken at least 50% of the “purchased” lessons. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser, not to the recipient of the gift certificate.
• Requests for any refund on lessons purchased must be made in writing and addressed to  Tony New / TxCowboyDancer, 3824 Cedar Springs Rd, PMB 145, Dallas TX  75219

Indemnification:

• Purchase of a lesson, or redemption of a gift certificate, constitutes a contract whereby:
  • The student agrees to hold Tony New (TxCowboyDancer), his agents, heirs and assigns, harmless from all suits, claims or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in conjunction with taking part in dance lessons.
  • The student understands the physical risks of both taking part in dance lessons and/or participating in social dancing and assumes full responsibility for any and all injury or damages resulting from taking part in dance lessons and/or participating in social dancing.
