The hardest post is the first post!
Really! It is! Afterall, what exactly does one say in that very first post when starting a new dance blog on one’s dance business website? > LOL <
All modesty aside, I’ve frequently been complimented on my writing abilities, so, trust me, this blog is going to be amazing! And entertaining and educational, but getting started is just so danged hard!
Hmmm….whatever shall I say?
How about let’s start with: “Trust me you will NOT want to miss a single post! So…”
LOL! Whew, now that I’ve got THAT out of the way, here is a list of some topics I’ll be writing about here in this blog:
- Announcements of classes that I’m teaching
- Sharing information about upcoming dance events
- Bragging on my students – I really like doing that!
- Educational articles about dancing and competing in dance
- Lists of songs for Weddings
- Lists of good songs for beginners to dance to for different dance styles. One thing I want to do is start listing music that is in the Top 40 Country chart and adding notes for each song about which kind of country dance can be danced to that song!
- Announcements and links to line dances that I have choreographed and will be choreographing.
- Sharing way cool line dances that are sweeping around the world. Like Shivers! and K is for Kicks!
- Announcements about special offers and sales I’m running. Hey everyone likes to save money!
- … and a bunch of other stuff that is all dance related! Woot!
